I hold a master's degree in counseling from Regis University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have worked with individuals and couples facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder.

In our work together, you can expect a collaborative approach, in which I trust and respect your role as the expert on your own life. You likely know where you want to go but are coming up against stumbling blocks where you realize that your current approach just isn't working. I think of counseling as a 'waypoint' along that journey. As in any journey, and especially ones in which we are met with unexpected or difficult experiences along the way, there are times when we need to re-group, gather resources, recover, re-evaluate. 

Through all my experiences, I have only grown more confident in my client's abilities and resiliency. With that confidence in each client, I aim to combine the resources and support of counseling with their innate strengths in order to help move them toward healing, recovery, and getting back to living with more joy.
